I should preface this by saying that I didn't watch all these shows, and hotness played a big part the females picked.
So here goes:
Best Drama:
Who should win: Mad Men. .... Lost is an awesome show, but this year Mad Men is really good. If there were and Emmy for smokin' hot female on TV, then January Jones would win.
Best Comedy:
Who should win: Curb Your Enthusiasm..... my wife would pick 30 Rock, but she is not the boss of this applesauce. I like The Office, but the english version is a lot funnier. Larry David is a genius, he should win.
Who should lose: Entourage.... this show is just terrible. Bunch a douche-bag characters that really need acting lessons. The only actor worth anything is Jeremy Piven, and he's really annoying.
Best actor in a Comedy:
Who should win: Alec Baldwin.... as much of a wreck as his life is, he is a really good actor.
Best actress in a Comedy:
Who should win: Mary Louise Parker.... I picked her because I like her show, Weeds, not because she is a particularly good actress. This is a 'blah' year in this category.
Best actor in a Drama:
Who should win: Jon Hamm... Hugh Laurie is one of the best actors around, so I won't puke if he wins. But Jon Hamm is really cool as Don Draper.
Best actress in a Drama:
Who should win: I really could care less... If I have to pick someone, then I pick Mariska Hargatay because her hotness has been completely overlooked throughout her career.

I don't watch much TV, but I do enjoy Lost (only because of the really cute guys) and Greys Anatomy (same reason as Lost).
